Hi! I’m Rachel VandenBerg, ND

I’ve been practicing as a naturopathic doctor for 20 years, so it’s safe to say I know something about how our bodies and our hormones work. 

I’m also one of you—experiencing my own version of perimenopause as we speak. 


I believe that knowledge is power. I believe that every woman seeking reliable health information should have access to it. I believe that community is an overlooked key to reaching optimal health. 


The transition through perimenopause and menopause is a critical time in women’s lives. It’s when we need more support than ever and when we have one of the greatest opportunities ever.
