## Hi! I’m Rachel VandenBerg

### For nearly 20 years, I have worked with women, helping them balance their hormones to achieve better health.

I hear you when you tell me that you know something is out of balance and you want to get to the root cause. 

I understand the challenge that comes with trying to make healthy choices while balancing family life and a career. That’s why I meet you where you’re at, and offer wellness strategies that are practical and attainable. 

I value community , connection, and accessible health care. I offer individual care and group programs so that you can choose the path that’s best for you. It’s my way of making health care more accessible to more women in more places. 

I learn through research , connection with colleagues, and working with patients. Every day, I see what works and what doesn’t. 

I would be honoured to share this wisdom with you and guide you on your healing journey.
