Midlife On Purpose
Your personalized path through the menopause transition and beyond
Your body has changed. Your plan should too.
A live, interactive workshop to help you understand what’s changing, sort through the overwhelm, and create a practical plan for feeling better now and supporting long-term health.
$295 $29

This is the framework I use in practice.
Normally part of my private visits, you'll get the full framework in a live group setting, with the momentum of doing it together for $29.
This is a live, interactive workshop, and there is no recording. Please plan to attend live so you can participate, complete the mapping process in real time, and get the most out of the experience.
If you're in midlife, you may be noticing that something has shifted.
Your sleep feels different. Your mood or stress resilience may have changed. Your body may be responding differently to food, exercise, hormones, or the strategies that used to work for you.
And when you start looking for answers, the advice can come from every direction.
Social media. Podcasts. Books. Blogs. Supplements. Fitness trends. Friends. Family.
Everyone seems to have an opinion about what you should be doing.
But more advice is not always what you need.
Sometimes what you really need is a clear plan.

When the terrain changes, it helps to have direction.
Perimenopause can affect far more than your period.
Hormone changes can influence how you sleep, how you feel, how your body responds, how you handle stress, and how you think about your long-term health.
That is why so many women reach midlife and feel like the old strategies are no longer giving them the same results.
What worked before may need to shift.
And that shift can feel frustrating when you are trying hard, doing the things that used to work, and still not feeling the way you want to feel.
This is where a plan matters.
A clear plan helps you see what needs attention first, what can be built over time, and what direction makes sense from here.
This workshop is for you if...
This workshop is unique.
This is not another talk that gives you a long list of things to try.
This is the framework I've developed and refined through years of working with women in midlife.
In practice, I see over and over again that women feel more motivated, reassured, and confident when they have a plan.
The goal is to understand where you are now, identify what needs attention, and put the pieces in an order that makes sense.
That order matters.
Some strategies may be useful, but they may be out of order for where you are right now.
When symptoms are affecting your day-to-day life, it can be hard to jump straight into long-term health strategies.
And when everything sounds important, it can feel like you are already behind.
This framework helps you focus on what matters now, while still keeping the bigger picture in view.
This is an interactive workshop. Plan to show up live.
This workshop is designed to be practical.
You will not just be listening to information. You'll be applying the framework to your own experience as we go.
You'll receive the tools and guidance to build your own Midlife Vitality Map during the workshop, so you can see what needs attention, what order makes sense, and what your next step could be.
By the end, you'll have a clearer path that reflects your body, your goals, your priorities, and your next step.
You'll leave with...
Less overwhelm. More reassurance. A clearer path forward.
I had the pleasure of attending Dr. Rachel VandenBerg's Midlife on Purpose workshop and it was both insightful and empowering. What impressed me most was how practical and actionable the tool (Vitality Map) is. It brings together symptoms, habits and proactive health strategies in one place, making it easy to identify patterns and prioritize next steps. It is a brilliant resource that provides women with a roadmap toward optimal health.
I would highly recommend this workshop to any woman navigating perimenopause or menopause who wants a deeper understanding of her health, symptoms and overall well-being. The workshop offers valuable insight, practical guidance and a renewed sense of empowerment during a significant stage of life. Thank you Dr. VandenBerg.

About Dr. Rachel
Dr. Rachel VandenBerg, ND has been working in women's health for over 20 years, with a longstanding focus on hormone health and a current practice focus on perimenopause, menopause, and the years beyond.
Over years in practice, Dr. Rachel developed the framework she now uses to help women understand what is changing in their bodies, identify what needs attention first, and create a clear path forward.
This framework helps women move from scattered information to a more organized plan. It helps them discover what may be happening beneath the surface, find direction around symptoms and hormone changes, build capacity for the next steps, and create sustainable foundations for long-term health.
In practice, women often describe this approach as reassuring and motivating because it takes the overwhelm out of the process. Instead of leaving with another long list of things they "should" be doing, they leave with a clearer sense of where they are, what matters most, and how to move forward.
There is a limit to how many women I can work with one-on-one, and making this framework accessible to more women matters deeply to me. This workshop gives you access to that same framework so you can begin creating your own Midlife Vitality Map — and get a real head start on your health, whether or not we ever work together one-on-one.
